We aim to have a majority of positions filled within 10-12 weeks of posting, using our finely-crafted application process to identify the best fits for our teams.
You will submit an online application that we’ll review on a rolling basis. You can find the application at the bottom of the job description, or by clicking here. Applications take roughly 20-30 minutes to complete. Candidates with the experience we’re looking for may be invited to an initial interview within 2-4 weeks of applying.
Approximately one hour in length and typically conducted via phone, the initial interview is where we’ll learn about your previous work experiences and your interest in the role.
This varies by position, but we’ll ask for you to complete a job simulation activity or submit work samples for review. This allows us to see your work as it relates to the position, and allows you to see if you’d like doing this type of work. The activity could take anywhere from 2-7 hours. Some positions may require an additional interview to discuss the work request.
In most cases, final interviews are in-person at one of our regional offices. If you are not local, OneGoal will pay for your travel. Candidates will interview with multiple team members to talk further about the position and potentially role-play a scenario you may encounter in the role.
We will contact references after the final interview to get additional perspective from previous supervisors and colleagues. We may conduct references for more than one finalist at a time.
We will first extend a verbal offer to the candidate we aim to hire, followed by the official, written offer letter via email.
