The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) and OneGoal are collaborating to offer a statewide solution for college and career success. CPE is providing funding to bring OneGoal’s strong, equity-focused, postsecondary planning expertise to districts and schools across the state at no cost to partners through an initial funding period.
What will this look like for schools and district leaders? You’ll take your postsecondary outcomes to the next level. Join a supportive community of experts and peers working to eliminate equity gaps. Assess your school or district’s postsecondary readiness. Define a path to high-impact improvements that’s tailored to your needs. And move forward with expert guidance—every step of the way. The end result is system-level improvements that lead to better student outcomes.
When you join the OneGoal Leadership Network you’ll embark on a three-year path to improvement.
Your membership in the OneGoal Leadership Network doesn’t expire when your three-year journey ends. You’ll stay connected to the experts and peers who were part of your journey. You’ll continue to have access to the latest postsecondary success resources. And you’ll be able to share the wisdom of your experience with other educators.

We are not here to create new work for you. Rather, our team helps leaders organize, strengthen and create coherence across their existing postsecondary readiness work. Our coaching team of former school and district leaders has sat in your seat and know how to provide thought partnership and collaboration to help focus and elevate your work.
This opportunity provides funding for districts to participate in the OneGoal Leadership Network for the first two years of program participation. From there, OneGoal will partner with you to help identify funding sources, including Title 1 and Title 2 budgets and local philanthropy.
Absolutely not. The OneGoal Leadership Network is designed as a cumulative partnership. It provides deepened support year after year and offers additional opportunities, like the adoption of our Classroom-Based Model. However, there are no requirements past the first two years of a district’s participation and it is up to each district to choose how they would like to build the partnership.
Typically, we work with principals, assistant principals, counselors and district level leaders such as Assistant Superintendents, Executive Directors/Directors of Secondary or Student Services.
We generally ask teams for a commitment of approximately four hours per month to meet with our coaching team and another 2-3 hours every other month to participate in our cross-district communities of practice spaces. Zoom fatigue is real and so our team is committed to showing up in person to ~50% of touchpoints.
