Class of 2026 Student Application

Please note: this form is intended for students who will be high school juniors in the Fall of 2024.


Here are a couple things to remember when filling out the application:

  • Make sure you use professional language in the application - capitalize proper nouns, use appropriate grammar, etc. For example, type your name as "Joe Student" and not "JOE STUDENT" or "joe student"
  • Fields with a red asterisk (*) are required fields, all other fields are strongly encouraged to be filled out
  • Before Submitting:
    • Copy your short responses and email them to yourself just in case you need to start your form over
    • Double-check Your Email Address
    • Please note that if you return to this form to complete the short response(s) later, you must re-enter the text for BOTH responses. If you need to return at a later time to edit or complete these entries, enter the same email address you used the first time.
